Brackenhill comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The master bedroom offers stunning sea views and features an en-suite with a bath, a separate electric shower, and a toilet. A second bedroom can be arranged as either a super king or twin room—please specify your preference when booking—and includes its own en suite with electric shower and toilet. Two additional twin bedrooms also enjoy sea views; one of these is best suited for children as it provides direct access to the master bedroom. For families with young children, a travel cot and high chair are available, along with limited baby bedding. Three hairdryers and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. There is also a separate family bathroom with bath and toilet.

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, an additional fridge, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine with coffee beans provided. Bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. We also provide basic cooking essentials such as herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, and tomato ketchup. A complimentary welcome pack awaits you on arrival, including bread, milk, butter, and a few breakfast basics—perfect if you arrive late.
